(Source: Daizi Zheng) On a catamaran trip around Malaysia a few weekends ago (yes, it was really incredible), we had some Dean's guacamole *flavored* dip on-board. Although I understand not everyone has the luxury of eating fresh, tex-mex style guacamole, I'm not sure anyone should be exposed to this pale imitation. Based on its website showcasing its "nutritional facts," it is less than 2% avocado, with tomatoes coming in ahead. We are so careful about the water we drink, yet put so little thought into the food we digest. Should we be subjecting our bodies to ingredients we can barely pronounce, let alone understand?
