Hopeful to see the United States move in a more understanding, progressive direction.  May the same rights be given to all, regardless of religions, race or sexual preference.

2013 Theme Song

I love New Years. It's true.  I'm a sucker for some resolutions and a little reflection time on the past.

This year, I was in Yangon - the perfect location for some self-reflection (see Shwedagon Pagoda below)

Due to language barriers, I misunderstood our temple guide and made an error in my Buddhism math.  I thought I could make 1 wish * 4 Buddhas rather than 1 wish * 1 Buddha (in 4 different locations).  Therefore, these 4 wishes have now become my 2013 theme song (at least until I loose concentration and ramble on to my next big "idea").
